- Ship the Product: Package the product securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the product to the address provided in the return authorization.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria. Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after receipt.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product you received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately upon receiving such a product.
